The early-life gut microbial in Chinese children

In this study, we totally collected 451 facal samples from 124 infants at 6 time points during first half year, and GM was analysed by 16S sequencing method本研究共收集了124名婴儿在出生后前半年内6个时间点的451份粪便样本，并采用16S测序（16S sequencing）方法对肠道菌群（Gut Microbiota，GM）进行分析。
