Microbial Sharing in Hospital Animal-Assisted Intervention Programs - Pilot

Patients, therapy animals, and the hospital environment were sampled before and after every group therapy session and samples underwent 16S rRNA sequencing to characterize microbial communities.患者、治疗动物（therapy animals）与医院环境在每一次团体治疗环节前后均被采样，所获样本经16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）测序，以表征微生物群落的特征。
