AG's news corpus (AGNEWS)

AG’s news corpus (AGNEWS): This AG’s corpus of news articles was collected from the web. The whole corpus contains 496,835 categorized news articles from more than 2000 news sources. Four largest classes (World, Sports, Business and Sci/Tech) from this corpus were chosen to construct the dataset used in the experiments, using only the title and description fields The files:<br> texts.txt: Document set (text). One per line.<br> score.txt: Document class whose index is associated with texts.txt<br> split_&lt;k&gt;.pkl: pandas DataFrame with k-cross validation partition. The .zip contains all aforementioned files + the tfidf representation in the CSR matrix format.

AG新闻语料库（AG’s news corpus，AGNEWS）：该语料库的新闻文章均采集自网络，总计包含来自2000余家新闻源的496835条已分类新闻文章。本实验所用数据集选取该语料库中的四大类别（国际、体育、商业与科技），仅使用标题与描述字段构建。
相关文件说明如下：
- texts.txt：文档集（文本），每行对应一篇文档。
- score.txt：文档类别标签文件，其索引与texts.txt中的文档一一对应。
- split_<k>.pkl：存储k折交叉验证划分结果的pandas数据框（DataFrame）。
该压缩包包含上述所有文件，以及以压缩稀疏行（Compressed Sparse Row，CSR）矩阵格式存储的词频-逆文档频率（TF-IDF）特征表示。
