Fundamental limitations of kilohertz-frequency carriers in afferent fiber recruitment with transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation: data, analysis and code

This is the repository for the manuscript, "Fundamental limitations of kilohertz-frequency carriers in afferent fiber recruitment with transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation". This repository contains the scripts and source data required to replicate the results shown in the manuscript. The contents of this repository are split into three sections. Each section contains a respective readme file, so please be sure to refer to them for more specific instructions. I) Computational Modeling Code:This section contains the scripts and data necessary to replicate the results of the computational modeling for the peripheral nerve stimulation experiments. II) Experimental Data Processing and Analysis CodeThis section contains the scripts and data necessary to replicate the experimental electrophysiological results. This is for both the peripheral nerve stimulation experiments, and all configurations of tSCS. This section also contains the data and tables necessary to replicate the statistical analyses. III) Source DataThis section contains the data necessary to plot all the quantitative figures within the manuscript.本仓库对应学术论文《经皮脊髓刺激下传入纤维募集过程中千赫兹载波的固有局限性》。 本仓库包含复现该论文全部结果所需的脚本与原始数据，整体分为三个模块。每个模块均配有专属的自述文件（README），请务必查阅以获取详细操作指引。 一、计算建模代码：本模块包含复现外周神经刺激实验相关计算建模结果所需的脚本与数据。 二、实验数据处理与分析代码：本模块包含复现实验电生理结果所需的脚本与数据，覆盖外周神经刺激实验以及经皮脊髓刺激（transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation, tSCS）的全部配置方案。本模块同时包含复现统计分析所需的数据与表格。 三、原始数据源：本模块包含绘制该论文中所有定量图表所需的原始数据。
