Office of Hearings and Mediation Services (OHMS) Docket Management System: Beginning 2005

The docket management system is a database of cases that have been referred to OHMS for public hearings or other action by an administrative law judge and a decision by the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. The docket contains cases that were open on or after January 1, 2005.案卷管理系统（docket management system）是一类案件的数据库，此类案件已被移交至OHMS，由行政法官开展公开听证或采取其他相关程序，并由纽约州环境保护部（New York State Department of Environmental Conservation）专员作出最终裁决。该案卷库收录的案件均为2005年1月1日及之后处于待处理状态的案件。
