A Randomized, db, Placebo Controlled Parallel Group Efficacy and Safety Study Over 24 Weeks in T2D Patients in China

In this randomised, double-blind, parallel group trial, the safety and efficacy of 5 mg of Linagliptin administered orally once daily will be compared with a placebo after 24 weeks of treatment in monotherapy in patients with type 2 diabetes and insufficient glycaemic control.本项随机双盲平行组临床试验，拟纳入血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者，予每日一次口服5mg利格列汀（Linagliptin）或安慰剂单药治疗，持续24周，对比二者的安全性与有效性。
